Riccardo is a successful business professional, property manager of real estate, motivational speaker, entrepreneur and the CEO and founder of Sayres Home Solutions, LLC. Riccardo was born and raised in the southeastern part of Canarsie in Brooklyn, New York. From a very young age, growing up in a predominantly low socioeconomic and underserved community, he noticed a lack of opportunities and ownership of the people in his community, which is what motivated him to pursue a life of entrepreneurship. He aspired to be someone who is not only motivational, but also be the one offer opportunities, jobs and most importantly, encourage the importance of ownership within his community.
